To modify a record, simply search for the record, then click on the record in the search results window. Make any changes then click the modify button. 

To delete a record, simply search for the record, then select the record in the search results window.  Click the delete selected records button.

Show field
Use the show field to turn records on or off without having to delete them from the database. If the show field is selected as yes the record will be available for visitors to view.

Formatting
You can change the appearance of text by using simple tags.
To make text appear bold use <b> & </b>

e.g The weather forecast for <b>today</b> is for sunny spells and showers.

Would appear as:
The weather forecast for today is for sunny spells and showers.

Use <i> & </i> to make text italic
