The National Association of Estate Agents

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) is the voice of the profession in the UK. Formed in 1962, it represents the interests of members, people buying and selling property, landlords and tenants. Such is the strength of our voice, many of our ideas have been translated into national policy.

"Members comply with Rules and Regulations, designed to ensure that sellers, buyers, landlord and tenants, are dealt with fairly and in accordance with the 'Laws of the Land'. Those dealing with residential sales also follow an industry-wide Code of Practice and provide a good standard of service to their clients.

Associate and Fellow Members of the NAEA have to demonstrate a competent level of knowledge and understanding of estate agency before they can join, and many follow a course of continuing professional development throughout their career.

By using a Member of the NAEA, you will receive a good and reliable level of service from an experienced and professional agent.."
